Oct 2026 I have alot of requests for appointments at the moment. Cancellation list in place. I am booked up 2 weeks in advance. When you are ready to book in, email my secretary Martina ei.tugruoyhtiwog@ofni the dates and times that suit you and have €100 deposit ready to pay online via revolut or bank IBAN or card.
You are welcome to book a single 1 hour & 30 min appointment for a “general health consultation” anytime for €250 but no doctor letters, protocals, tests or supplements are recommended with this fee. Just let me know “you want the call only” when you book in.
Sometimes when you are jaded from years trying to fix your health you may not be ready to commit to anything and need an initial discovery session with me to get a feel for me. I understand that. You can also make a FREE 10 minute discovery call with me via WhatsApp video.
To make long lasting progress in very complex cases you’ll need to commit to some testing, supplements and protocals -see fees list. I work half days with clients because I am doing continous study and courses up to 3 hours a day. I also lecture, visit doctors and primary care to educate and im doing a mentorship with a naturopathic doctor so im extremely busy.
Appointments can be online via zoom, skype, google meets, microsoft teams or WhatsApp video as I do not examine you physically or they can be face to face at F91A2V5 in Sligo or at Bavary Skin, Level 2, Quayside Shopping Centre, Opposite Easons, Sligo Town
Why I Charge What I Charge
Fees Health Consultations “Why i have to charge what i charge” You need me to read between the lines, think about and deeply understand your case – medication-previous protocals etc-supplements etc each time i see your file and that takes up alot of my time to prepare for you.
Fees below includes 30 mins of my time to read and review your consultation form or file notes, bloods before each call and a further 30 mins for me to write up letters/emails/links etc after our call, also 30 mins are included to review each test pre call. It takes 3 hrs work for me to take on a case of 3 major health concerns.
You will need 30 mins to complete forms via email in days prior to the call if doing online calls or can be done in clinic day of the call. Any client can choose to reduce the call length and keep the minutes towards post call support provided the total hours arent exceeded between call and correspondance.
Hourly rate is €125. So 4 hours total work is billed at €500.
For call 2 and call 3 for existing clients the fee is €250 with 1 tests review and €300 with 2 test review, €350 with 3 new test. Includes 60 min call, 30min file prep/test review, 30min post call emails/links, and 1hr post call support.
Additional support minutes can be purchased for €125 hourly bundles for 12 quick questions.
1st Appointment
Children/Teens: €200 1-2 Symptoms Includes a call and my replies to 2 contact emails/texts post call to a max 1.5hrs of my time. To review tests €50 per test extra. Extra symptoms €50 each
Teens Or Adult in their 20s €250 max 2hrs of my time includes 1 call to discuss Max 2 major problem areas (example acne and digestion issues or SIBO and mental health). Face to face or online call via WhatsApp video. Includes some replies quick DMs or texts post call . Does not include any tests reviews. Test reviews are €50 each (can be done at call 2 or call 3)
Adults 30s max total 3hrs of my time €375. Max 3 problem areas: Example adrenal fatigue, oestrogen dominance, and candida. 1 call, Includes 1 Bloods review. Includes post call support-short replies post call to my DM/WhatsApp/texts
For Over 40s, 50s, 60s: €500 for max 4hrs of my time on your case for 4 major symptoms example MCAS histamine, cognitive decline, mental health, digestive issues, cholesterol, menopause, weight gain, insomnia etc. Includes 1 call, 3 test review, Includes post call support-short replies post call to my DM/WhatsApp/texts
For 5hrs: €625 5 or more issues example ezcema, chronic gut infections, low mood, low thyroid, weight gain, chronic fatigue. As above includes 1 call, max 5 tests review and Includes post call support-short replies post call to my DM/WhatsApp/texts
For 6hrs: €750 10 symptoms
For 8hrs: €1000 for max 8 hrs of my time up to 10 problem areas example oestrogen dominance, perimenopause/menopause support, gut issues, mental health, low thyroid, weight gain, skin conditions, mitochondrial issues, chronic constipation, oxidative stress, gallstones. As above includes 3hr call, bloods/tests reviews and Includes post call support-short replies post call to my DM/WhatsApp/texts.

You are welcome if budgeting to discuss 6 separate areas over 2 calls if you cant afford to do all on day 1.
1-2 issues can be discussed for €375 for any age 40-100! with max 2 tests review and post call support-short replies post call to my DM/WhatsApp/texts
For all packages from €375 I can pull your file and adjust your programme JUST ONCE in between calls and send you new supplement links etc.
It is ideal for me to review prior to appt bloods /OAT/SIBO/Dutch/GI map/HTMA Other lab tests you have from past 2 years: €50 extra per test (this is already included in €375-€1000 package)
